Tammy Richmond, CPA
Director of MBA;

Assistant Professor of Accounting
B.S. West Liberty University; M .B .A ., M .S . Wheeling University.
Dr. Theodore Pauls
Associate Professor of Business
Dr. Theodore Pauls serves as associate professor of business. Pauls brings with him over 28 years of experience in higher education and ten years of academic administrative experience.
Pauls comes to Bethany from Wheeling University, where he was the chair of the department of business. While there, he aided the vice president of academic affairs with proposed institutional-wide curricular changes, including new academic programs in department chair meetings. Pauls’ extensive experience in higher education and administration will continue to aid Bethany College on its path of success.
Prior to his years employed at Wheeling University, he was the interim chair of the communications department at Bethany. He also has worked at West Liberty State College and West Virginia Wesleyan College, Buckhannon.
Dr. John Diosi
Associate Professor of Business
John Diosi is a Associate Professor of Business. He received a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A. from Wheeling Jesuit University. The owner of Diosi Properties, Ltd., in St. Clairsville, he has been an adjunct professor for the Wheeling Jesuit University Business School for more than 10 years.
Bart Caylor
Adjunct Professor
With over 35 years of experience in design and marketing, Bart has worked with top global brands and nonprofits like Motorola, RCA, Iams Pet Food, the Lumina Foundation, Western Governors University, and the American Bible Society. Bart is the founder of Caylor Solutions and The Higher Ed Marketer. His writings and podcasts on AI have formed a broad perspective on AI applications use in higher education and business.
Most recently, Bart hosted a virtual conference on using artificial intelligence in higher education. Caylor, a first generation college-student, is passionate about education due to his own transformative experiences.
This passion drives him to stay ahead of the curve for the future of marketing to consult and deliver solutions in both print and digital for his clients.
